Standard delivery

We aim to deliver all in stock items in 1-3 days. However, during busy periods, delivery may take a little longer. Please be aware that any orders containing alterations can take up an additional 7 days to process.

Out of stock items

All stock is sold subject to availability. If an item on your order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you to let you know. You will be refunded for this item.

Returns policy

If you are not delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 120 days of receipt.

Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a returns docket and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.

We can only offer a refund provided the products purchased are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

We cannot offer refunds on altered products.

We cannot offer refunds on undergarments, such as boxer shorts, or hosiery products, such as socks, that have been opened or removed from their packaging for hygiene reasons.

Making returns

For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product/s to us.

To return any product/s to us, please refer to the delivery note included in your order. Please ensure the packaging you use to return any goods is the original packaging.

We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Your refund will exclude the original delivery charge.
