The expected delivery for all UK orders is within 3 days and 10 days for all other orders.

UK standard delivery - £7.50

If, for any reason, you wish to return your all or part of your order, please do so within 28 days of receipt of goods, in an unused condition, for a refund or exchange. Refunds of delivery charges are not normally given but are at the discretion of Bates Gentlemen's Hatters.

To measure your head, place a tape measure around your head about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. You are measuring your head exactly where the hat will sit.

Our hats and caps are labelled in 'cm' and 'UK Size'. When comparing your size to other non Bates branded hats, please use the 'Generic Sizing' as a guide only.
